OUR STORY
Perry Commercial- Perry has over 35 years of marketing, management and entrepreneurial experience in the Information Technology Industry. Over the years, having worked with several notable Fortune 1000 Companies he has acquired a deep understanding of how business operates. He also has over 20 years of commercial real-estate experience as owner and operator of properties in New York and combined with 14 years of commercial Brokerage in South Florida, Perry understands the vital role real-estate serves in business. Perhaps more notable, he understands the qualities that must be present within a business relationship. He learned the important role that business ethics play…and upon meeting the Sperry team, it was clear that Perry and Sperry corporate values were in perfect alignment. In June of 2019, Perry Commercial joined the Sperry CGA network to open the Myrtle Beach Affiliate office. Perry Commercial is licensed in South Carolina and Florida and has several Companies in which he has established Strategic Alliances which will benefit the clients served by the Sperry relationship.
Sperry Commercial was formed by Burton Young, its President, for the purpose of managing and leasing commercial real estate. The corporation was formed in 1998 with Rand Sperry, Burton Young, and Jack Carroll. Through our partner company, Sperry Equities, the principals of Sperry Commercial also own commercial real estate, thereby actively demonstrating their belief and understanding that your asset is an investment. The same people who manage your real estate manage their own.
Sperry Commercial was formed to oversee management and leasing of Sperry Equities’ acquisitions as well as third-party accounts. Management’s portfolio consists of approximately 80 properties amounting to more than 9.2 million square feet valued at over $800 million. Management’s leasing and management portfolios consist of over 130 properties and more than 7.3 million square feet.
