OUR STORY
Perry Commercial- Perry has over 35 years of marketing, management and entrepreneurial experience in the Information Technology Industry. Over the years, having worked with several notable Fortune 1000 Companies he has acquired a deep understanding of how business operates. He also has over 20 years of commercial real-estate experience as owner and operator of properties in New York and combined with 14 years of commercial Brokerage in South Florida, Perry understands the vital role real-estate serves in business. Perhaps more notable, he understands the qualities that must be present within a business relationship. Perry Commercial is licensed in South Carolina and Florida and has several Companies in which he has established Strategic Alliances which will benefit the clients.
