Identified, vetted, negotiated and closed on a large land acquisition for mixed commercial development along I-95 corridor in South Florida. Site was subsequently developed into hotels, restaurant and entertainment and sparked several commercial projects within the PUD. Additional development for Medical and manufacturing resulted and led to a new retail hub and several residential communities. There were numerous hurdles to overcome since approvals from multiple government authorities were required.
