Handled the selling side and worked with another agent in our office who represented the buyer. Difficult due diligence process to gain the approval for Charter School. Had to work through difficult parking and stacking issues with City to gain approvals. Contract was re-negotiated during due- diligence to adjust pricing as a result of dramatic drop in valuation due to economic conditions. Able to bring buyer and Seller to an acceptable agreement. Many obstacles had to be overcome to get this deal closed.
