Worked with the trust administrators in NY to bring this old and run down restaurant to market. Handled both sides of this transaction and sold the property to Italian Restaurant operator. Worked with local HOAs and assisted in start-up operations for the first 2 months. This Italian eatery is now the most popular Italian restaurant in the county. Sold additional 2.68 adjacent land to new owner and assisted in developing conceptual designs for future mixed use office and retail development. Worked with governmental authorities to gain approvals for food and liquor.
